Our classic pudim de leite condensado comes as a mini (one very happy person) or a whole ring that serves ten to twelve. Pick a size, choose a delivery day, and we bake it that morning.

Our story

Six ingredients. Zero shortcuts.

Pudim is the dessert at the center of every Brazilian family table. Birthdays, Sunday lunch, and most of the days in between. Ours is made the way it has always been made: condensed milk, table cream, milk, eggs, and sugar cooked slowly into a dark caramel.

Each ring bakes low and slow in a water bath, chills overnight, and gets unmolded the morning it goes out to you. That is the secret. There is no other secret.

We started Only Flans to share it with our neighbors in Utah, one wobbly ring at a time.

Do you deliver?

Yes, up to 25 miles from our kitchen in Salt Lake City. The fee depends on the distance, from $5, and it is free on orders over $80. Type your address in the order and the exact price shows up before you confirm. No minimum order, and you can follow your order on its tracking page while it is on the way.

How long does it keep?

Five days in the fridge, covered. It has never lasted that long in our house, but technically, five days.

Is this made in a home kitchen?

Yes. Every pudim is baked in our home kitchen in Salt Lake City under Utah’s Home Consumption and Homemade Food Act, the law that lets home cooks sell directly to you. That also means it is not certified, licensed, regulated, or inspected by the State of Utah or any county or city, and it is for your own home enjoyment, not for resale. Each pudim is labeled with our name and address, the allergens, and this notice.

Is it gluten-free? What about allergens?

Naturally gluten-free, no substitutions needed. It contains milk and eggs, and we bake in a home kitchen that also handles wheat, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Every pudim comes with a label that says so.

Can you do weddings, birthdays, office parties?

Absolutely. Whole rings serve ten to twelve, and minis come with party pricing at twelve or more. For fifty-plus servings, text us at least a week ahead so we can plan the bake.

How do I pay?

Online when you order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, on a secure payment page. If that page ever fails, we still deliver and you pay at the door: card, Venmo, or cash.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, until the 11 am cutoff of the day it goes out, no charge. Text us your order number and we will sort it out. After the cutoff the bake is already in motion, so we can only move it to another day.

Is this related to that other site?

No. We only do flan. Please stop asking our mothers.
