Updated September 23, 2026. This notice describes how Only Flans uses information when you visit onlyflanss.com, order flan or contact us.

Information used for your order

We collect your name, phone number, delivery address, order details and any email address or notes you provide. We use them to calculate delivery, take payment, prepare and deliver your order, provide tracking and handle questions or refunds. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your order.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout page. We receive payment references and status, amounts and contact details; our website does not store your full card number. Stripe handles its services under the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Vercel hosts the website and privately stores order records. Spacemail supports our business email. Address suggestions and delivery estimates use Photon, the US Census geocoder, OpenStreetMap services and OSRM; the relevant address text or coordinates are sent to those services. Tracking maps use third-party map services.

Browser storage and security

Your browser saves the cart locally and a checkout reference for safe retries. Clearing browser storage removes these saved details. Hosting and payment providers may process IP addresses and technical information to operate their services and prevent abuse. Our request limits store a protected hash of the network address.

Your order tracking link provides access to that order's tracking details. Keep it private and share it only with people you want to follow the delivery.

Waitlist and records

If you join the Flan Club waitlist, we store your email for news about its launch and future drops. Contact us to leave the list. Joining the list does not create a paid subscription.

We keep order and support records for fulfillment, business records and resolving issues. Private backups may retain earlier versions. Contact us to request access, a correction or deletion; some records may need to be kept for business or legal requirements.
